An 8mm (5/16th") champagne fresh water pearl is suspended on a sterling silver chain, cupped with a sterling silver bead cap and sterling silver bead on top and a sterling silver daisy spacer and small bead at the bottom. At 38cm (15")  this choker sits right at the clavical on most people.
